The ATF tax stamp is now $0 on suppressors. H.R.1 removed the $200 transfer tax on suppressors, short-barrelled rifles and shotguns, and AOWs from 1 January 2026. Machine guns and destructive devices still carry $200. The Form 4, fingerprints, photograph and background check are all unchanged — only the tax is gone. Our fee covers the transfer service: receiving the item, the paperwork, the prints and photo, and holding it until approval.
