We hold a Class 2 SOT, which means eligible NFA items can transfer through us — and the fingerprints and paperwork happen in the same visit.

How transfers work →EFT files or FD-258 cards for Form 4 and Form 1 filings, individual or trust, all responsible persons in one appointment.
NFA fingerprinting →$85 for incoming NFA items, $0 on anything bought through HTX Guns. The ATF tax stamp on a suppressor is now $0.

Official partner
We are partnered with 10Scan, the NFA platform that takes the ink cards, the printing and the posting out of the process entirely. There is no paperwork for you to fill in by hand and nothing goes to Washington in an envelope: your application is transmitted to the ATF eForms system electronically before you leave the shop.
Sale to submitted eForm usually runs about ten minutes at the counter. Filing as a trust? The trust can be generated in the same session. The prints and photo do have to be taken in person — that part is federal law, not software — but everything after them is digital.
There's no universally right answer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
An individual registration is the simplest path. One person, one set of prints, one photo. That person is the only one who may legally possess the item.
A trust can name more than one person able to possess the item — useful if you want a spouse or family member to have lawful access, or you're thinking about what happens to the item later. The trade-off: every responsible person has their own fingerprint and photo obligation, which means more paperwork and more people at the appointment.
We can print everyone in one visit at $25 per additional person. For the trust document itself, talk to an attorney.
The honest answer is that nobody can promise you a date. Electronic filing is generally faster than paper. Once your application is with ATF, the timeline is entirely theirs — any dealer who guarantees a turnaround is guessing.
