Before you arrive

Government photo ID for every person being fingerprinted — no exceptions.
Your agency instructions if you have them. Attach them to the email and we will read them before you get here.
Filing as a trust? Bring the trust documents and every responsible person in one trip — additional people are $25 each rather than $50.

We are closed Sunday. Open six days a week otherwise — call if you need a time outside our posted hours.
